We rebuilt the site from the ground up with a fresh, modern design that reflects their brand identity and makes ordering flowers intuitive and stress-free. Customers can now personalise products, choose delivery dates, and add thoughtful extras — all without needing to call the shop.

Behind the scenes, we streamlined the way the site works for staff, with a clean back office, branded order emails, PDF order summaries for easy printing, conditional upsells, and custom checkout fields. Everything’s designed to save time while giving the client more flexibility to grow their product range and improve conversions.

We also built in a fully SEO-optimised blog and provided one-to-one training and video guides to make managing content as easy as possible. As with all our projects, we continue to provide hosting, site management, and support.
